These Terms govern your use of SuperChara (“SuperChara”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use SuperChara.

1. The service

SuperChara is an AI-powered tool for practising spoken English and receiving feedback on confidence, clarity, and fluency. The feedback is for practice and improvement only — it is not professional, career, or language-certification advice, and we don't guarantee any specific outcome such as passing an interview or receiving a job offer.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Accounts are for individual use and shouldn't be shared.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or disrupt the service.
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or is harmful.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• SuperChara offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) through our payment processor, Razorpay.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice. Founding-member pricing is honoured as described in that offer.

5. Intellectual property

We own the SuperChara service, software, and content. You keep ownership of the content you submit (such as what you say in a session). You grant us the limited licence needed to process that content in order to provide the service to you.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated feedback can contain mistakes and should be used as guidance, not absolute truth.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperChara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You can stop using SuperChara at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or to protect the service and its users.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
